Half Marathon Training Schedule

This was the half marathon training schedule my sister followed as a member of DC Fit during summer of 2008, training for her first half marathon.

This is an extremely long schedule, which could be shortened in many ways, but was made this long so that the program would take as long as the full marathon program took.
